They have excellent customer service as I contacted them to find out the carb percentage in the chicken formula and they gave me the direct contact to their nutritionist! The percentage is 1%. This matters add I feed Scottish Folds and they require a low carb diet to maintain optimal joint health. They are interested, lick it a bit, maybe eat one, but if given a choice between this and their regular food (IAMS) they go for their regular food.
